Ropeway to the Summit of Misen
The ropeway was built in 1959 for visitors to enjoy the peak of Misen.
Enjoy the views of the virgin forests, as well as the Seto Inland Sea as the gondola ascends.
- The service is available every minute from the Momiji Dani stop to the Kayatani stop by revolving gondola. It is about a ten minute ride for several people.
- The service is available every 15 minutes from the Kayatani stop to the Shishiiwa stop where there is an observatory of a bigger Gondola that holds more people.
It is about a 30 minute walk up to the summit from the Shishiiwa stop.
